I design sessions for your physical or personal growth using a combination of movement, breath work, and mindfulness practice. Private sessions are a great way to receive individualized instruction that is tailored to your needs. Offered as Private (1) or Semi-Private (2-3), this option suits a variety of needs. For details and pricing, click here. 

Catered to groups of 4+ people, small group classes are a fun way to spend 60 minutes with friends. Great for running clubs, girls’/guys’ night in, pre-wedding activity, birthday celebrations, etc. For more information and pricing, click here.

Our kids are shouldering more stress than ever before; yoga provides a calming experience that helps them tune in to their breath and body. Group classes and one-on-one options available. Ages 5-12. For details and pricing, click here.
